How long does engraving take?


Personalized orders typically require additional processing time compared to non-engraved items. Once your order and design details are confirmed, our team carefully prepares and engraves your piece before shipment. Engraving will be done within 24 hours after all details have been cleared.

How to send the design for engraving?

After checking out the item/s and the add-on engraving service, we will contact you to get your design. You may also send us an email at hello@maraihome.com or via chat.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

We ship your order within 1-2 days after we receive them. Please expect the following timeline of delivery based on your delivery address after we ship them:


NCR : 2-3 days
Luzon: 3-5 days
Visayas: 7-10 days
Mindanao: 7-10 days
Islands: 7-15 days

Same Day Delivery:

Contact us if you prefer same-day delivery via Lalamove/Transportify.
Courier fee is at customer's cost.
